Tifosi Pavé Fototec

With an open-frame, wrap-around design, Tifosi's Pavé glasses offer unobstructed vision and maximum protection. These sleek, lightweight shades boast Tifosi's exceptionally tough Grilamid frames and their Fototec lenses that automatically adjust to changing lighting conditions so you can always see clearly. Their vented lenses ensure fog-free vision, while the hydrophilic rubber nose pads and temples adjust in all directions and grip better when wet for a comfortable fit that stays put.

      Comments:

I originally had a pair of $20 department-store glasses that I wore when riding. They scratched quickly, always slid down my face, and blocked some of my peripheral vision. These Tifosi glasses have corrected every single one of those inadequacies. I've dropped them repeatedly with no breaking or scratching. They've never slid down my nose. They fit very snugly without the lenses touching my skin and without blocking any of my peripheral vision (a VERY well-thought out design). And best of all, they get lighter as the day turns to dusk. I can ride well into the evening and still have eye protection without having to switch lenses. These glasses are worth every penny. The only minor drawback is that they don't get quite dark enough for extremely bright days (I understand that this is by design).
