    Comments:

I purchased this chain as an after-market replacement for the OEM Shimano 105 on my old workhorse Trek 2100. The PowerLink is the selling point...I could easily remove and clean the chain. The negative of this chain is that it's weak. I was hammering up a hill when it jumped off the chain wheel. After rigging it back up, it jumped again a few meters up the road. A closer inspection revealed that I twisted a link! I had only about 500 miles on it, but I trashed it and will go back to Shimano.

        Comments:

I had this chain on my bike and after riding about 500 miles it broke on a ride. At first i thought that it was a bad link. After the 5th time it broke in about 550 miles a litteraly threw it away.
