Getting to Stony Creek Metropark

Directions

From I-75 (option one)
Take I-75 North to I-696 and head East on 696. Get off at the Van Dyke Expressway (M53) then head North. Get off at the 26 mile road exit and head West. Once on 26 Mile rd. follow signs to Stony Creek Metropark, the entrance will be on the left about 1 ½ - 2 miles ahead (the entrance can be easily missed). On 26 Mile rd. you will find a subway, rite aid, Dimitir's dinner, and gas stations.
From I-75 (option two)
Take I-75 North to M-59 and head East. Get off at the Rochester Road exit and head North. Follow Rochester Rd. to Avon Road and head East (right) for a ½ dozen miles till you come to Shelby Rd, take it North (left) less than 3 miles on Shelby Road will be the entrance to the park (left) again it is easy to miss. Shelby Road has gas stations and grocery stores, Rochester Rd. has fast food and other amenities.
