Driving into Maple Canyon ...

Introduction:
Maple Canyon is located about 1.5 hours south of  Salt Lake City, UT, and about an hour North of I-70.  The access is easy and there is a large concentration of moderate and hard sport routes. There is even a nice selection of easy sport routes for beginning leaders. Roadkill Wall, for example, boasts climbs such as Crunchy Bug 5.7, Roach on Rye 5.7, Canned Beaver 5.7 and Flea Market 5.6, etc...
The climbs range from 20ft in height to multi-pitch,  providing some very enjoyable routes.  The rock here is conglomerate, looking more like cobblestone than anything, which leaves one wondering how this place was formed.
Some climbs are on private land and we ask that everyone treat all areas with respect, as you would any other area.
