This was our first of the new Fireline hardtail Ti frames from Titus. Tak wanted to build up a light wt. hard tail to accompany his already nicely spec'd out Titus Racer X. He even took out a 29er for demo but felt the 26" was a better fit for him. All I can say is WOW! the frame finish was much nicer than past Titus Ti frames we had done and the welds were high quality and clean. Hand Built in Arizona http://www.titusti.com

Now for the build kit...Tak wanted to be close or the same spec as his full suspension bike...And of course wanted to keep the wt. down as much as possible. We did a few parts builds and massage items as we discussed the options. We ended up not being able to get the originally spec'd Race Face Deus crank so helped with an upgrade to the new Carbon Noir Cranks from Truvativ.
