Puglsy - The Monster Truck of Bikes...this great project came to us when there was about 6-8 inches of snow in the area. Of course just like buying a snow blower as soon as the deposit was made and the bike ordered...we got a heatwave which melted all the snow. Dennis came in wanting a diferent bike that could be used in the winter. We talked about just getting wider wheels put on his current FSR, but Dennis opted for the cool project. The Bike was built up geared and with an optional single speed front wheel (both front and rear wheels on a pugsly use a rear 135mm spacing hub)

This beast was built with Shimano LX componentes for the most part, and some specialty parts oo. The Bottom Bracket is a special 100mm shell DH FSA ISIS unit. The tires and tubes are Surly special 4" endomorph rubber, mounted to Surly Large Marge "offset" 66mm wide rims.

Needless to say this bike can and wil be ridden in snow, sand or anywhere it wants to...
