SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 7 days and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Please read "Returns" below for more information.

Please note all returns must be given an return authorization number (RA#) prior to shipping back. Please see the returns section of our policies for more details on getting the RA#. Packages returned without an RA will be refused and run the risk of being lost.


SHIPPING (Continental U.S.)

Everyone wants their new goodies as quick as possible, we understand completely. For this r4ason we have several options for shipping including Free ground service (see restrictions) to 2nd day or priority options. We are able to ship most any order out within only 3 business days if not sooner.

Free Shipping:
We always offer free shipping on non-oversized items when you reach our $100 minimum purchase amount. The only exception is for oversized packages, and can delivery address must be in continental USA.

Standard Shipping FREE at $100*
Spend over $100, choose this option and you can expect your order to arrive for free within 5-7 days after your order has shipped. The date of shipment is based on the shippable date of the last available item. If an item is back ordered we will contact you as well.
*Oversized items require additional fees. In the case of an oversize box we may contact you with an actual shipping quote.

In Store Pick-Up
It's free - DUH! Any item purchased may be picked up from either of our stores by choosing which store and the "In Store Pick-Up option". You can see if the item is in stock as well If an item is our of stock we typically receive more within 3 business days and you will receive an e-mail/phone call when they are ready for pick-up.

Expedited and Standard Shipping
You want it quicker? We can help here too. We offer 2nd and 3rd day options as well as US postal to get your items to you quicker.  All expedited orders ship on the date that the last non backordered item is available to ship, and usually leave our doors within 3 business days.

FedEx 3-Day
Your order will ship out with an upgraded service from the FedEx and arrive faster than our standard Ground Shipping. Items usually ship out within 3 business days and arrive 3 days after that.
*Oversized items carry additional fees. States outside continental US carry additional fees and you will be contacted with an actual shipping quote.

FedEx 2nd Day - or - USPS Priority
You can expect your order to arrive via FedEx within 2 days after your order is shipped. The date of shipment is based on the shippable date of the last available item that is not backordered, usually within 3 business days.
*Oversized items carry additional fees. States outside continental US carry additional fees and you will be contacted with an actual shipping quote.

Please note that some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges because of size or weight.

Sorry, but the only item we are currently shipping outside the continental USA is our handmade Moose Mitts. But additional shipping fees will apply for any international shipping. You may be contacted with a quote prior to filling these orders. Other than our Moose Mitts we do not ship any items outside the Continental USA.

*IN-STORE PICKUP

It's free - Any item purchased may be picked up from either of our stores (Milford or Plymouth) by choosing which store and the "In Store Pick-Up" option. You can see if the item is in stock as well If an item is our of stock we typically receive more within 3 business days and you will receive an e-mail/phone call when they are ready for pick-up.Most instock items will be ready to pick up at the correseponding store with in 24 hours, if not sooner. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations, or from one location to the other. Some may also require additional processing time for assembly. 

No Pick Up: Unless special arrangements are made in advance, online ordersre expected to be picked up with in 3 days of being notified. Items not picked up in that time with out contcint us will be placed back on diesplay for resale.

INFORMATION SECURITY

At Trail's Edge Cyclery we protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.

We are aware that the massive amounts of unwanted e-mail that come from other advertisers slows you down and we promise to keep our communications with you limited and short. We may collect information that is necessary to complete orders or to communicate to you directly and never sell or offer your information to anyone outside Trail's Edge Cyclery. Our communication with you is very important to us and we take your privacy very seriously.

BACKORDERS

Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on the original order.

RETURNS

If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, you can either bring it to our store or send it back. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). Return lables will be provided for items that are damaged or incorrect. Merchandise returned with out original packaging and or appears used may no tqualify for a return -or- will be be subject to a restocking fee. Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., custom built wheels. Customers are responsible for any returns that are not due to damage or our mistake. 

  • Orders that are returned must be received back at Trail’s Edge  within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • Any item that is returned must be in the original packaging which is able to be resold and the item must be in brand new / unused / uninstalled condition.
  • Please do not ship any item back in the products packaging alone as we will not be able to issue refunds where the original product packaging is damaged and not re-sellable as new.
  • So that we can better keep track of your return you will need to call/email and get a return authorization before sending items back to us.
  • Shipping will be deducted from the return total on all exchanges or returns that had originally met minimum order free shipping requirements including single item orders that were shipped for free and you are now returning.
  • Please place the return authorization on the outside of the box that you are returning as we will refuse any packages that are delivered without an RMA on the outside of the box.
